Change: Delete filter – user is asked to confirm the deletion of filter now

The filter was before deteled without a confirmation from user. The user has now to confirm she wants to delete the filter.

Change: No filter – user is asked to confirm the loading of all records now

The ‘No filter’ uses no filter to load all projects, now the user has to confirm this operation.

Change: User’s default filter after log in – startup filter or Template filter

All projects were loaded so far when user logged in, now is either new “startup” filter applied if it exists or default filter defined in Template.
