Enhancement: New permissions for individual users of BUs for each individual project

For UCC projects, all users of BUs assigned to a project could see the project and workbooks. All projects admins (users of lead BU) could edit the project. It is now possible to restrict the access for individual users.

The dialog for viewing and changing these permission is accessible from BU Treeview control from context menu (mouse right click).

 

 

This dialog is in edit mode for users creating new project and for users of lead BU who have full access to that project.

 

‘All users of this BU have access’ – default option, all current and new users having access to this BU can view and edit the project and workbooks.

View project – users can view this project

View workbooks – users can open the UCC module – the Excel editor with workbooks

Change project – users in top branch and project admins with this permission can change this project

Change workbooks – users can change their’s BU input workbook

 

The lead BU is displayed in bold and current user in blue color.

 

Enhancement: PM control context menu - 'Open list' accessible in view/read mode

'Open list' is now accessible also in view/read mode
