New: Can push users to database from an external source

ProMo+ has now a mechanism similar to the one used in the Token Server to push a list of users, either in CSV or Excel to the database. This mechanism is documented in the ProMo+ manual at the chapter "Feeding Users table from external sources".

 

Change: PMPService – service initialized and running also when Change tracking is not disabled

When Project change tracking and also Excel editor tracking was not installed/enabled, there was warning message and service not started. This was changed to start anyway, which can be useful for importing PM Users from external file. The warning message is still displayed in this case.
