Bug Fix: Wrong message when pushing rows to database of the estimate

The new function (CTRL + Shift + G) to push rows to database of the estimate brought wrong messages when the first row contained no reference.

Bug Fix: Wrong position when editing WBS variables

When using the right click in the tree structure of the WBS to edit WBS variables (WBV_), sometimes, the window popped up matching a wrong task (not the one that is clicked).
