New: Warning message when currencies mismatch in adjustable transparency

When a child estimate is estimated with a currency which is not the currency of the estimate to which it is being imported, a warning message pops up but you can ignore it because a child could provide exchange columns in a currency different from the currency used by him in the estimate or the parent may want to take the exchange risk .

Big Fix: No lock/unlock button in child estimate

The 'lock/unlock for parent' button was also visible in adjustable transparency mode in child estimate. This was not relevant because in this mode, the child must create a specific file for the parent. The button and its menu are now hidden.

Update: French translation done

The remaining strings in English have been translated into French to prepare the publication of the official version 7.18

Update: Documentation FR and EN updated

Both EN and FR documentations have been updated to take into account new features
