New: Tooltip in WBS Quantity column for scenarios

When you apply a scenario using new Automation / Scenarios functions, you can see the name of applied scenario in the heading cells of the native quantity column of the WBS:

Notice that if you manually change figures in this column afterward, the name of the scenario is not changed. If you need to prevent users from doing this, lock the quantity column so they will have to use the scenario window to change quantities.

A new contextual menu in the Automation / Edit Scenarios window lets you remove this comment when needed.

New: Scenario name can be displayed in header and footer of report generator

In the Page Setup function of the report generator, you have a new button when you edit headers and footers to handle scenario names:

This button is only active in the report generator because other documents displayed from within QDV core handle only what Excel can handle (&F, &P, &N, &D, &T).

You can easily display the scenario name from anywhere by using the global variable named: SYS_Active_Scenario_Name.
