New: Added a new item "Show by default in the converter" in the context menu of the WBS and Minutes fields manager.

This will insert the appropriate "marker" text in the field comment. This marker means, that in the Converter, the field will be displayed by default in the list of available fields, without the need to click "View all columns for mapping".

Bug fix: Qdv Converter (or other module) not visible after Splash screen

Location and size of windows like Article manager is remembered to restore it. In case of invalid location or size e.g. due to disconnected 2nd monitor are adjusted to have the window visible. Main windows of Qdv, Converter, Management weren’t adjusted so it could happen that these windows were not visible on start up after Splash screen disappeared. This was changed to adapt also location and size of these main application windows.
