New: Editing Formula_For_Quantity and Variables_For_Sets extended

When you edit manually the fields Formula_For_Quantity and Variables_For_Sets (using a double click in the cells), you can now press F2 to bring list of WBS variables or list of Set variables. Previously, you had to start from outside the edit mode to get these dialogs displayed. If you start your input by the equal sign (=), QDV understands that you want to input a formula and brings the standard formula dialog.
