Bug Fix: Copy / Cut / Paste operations involving the database of the estimate failed on WBS

The new function didn't take into account the database of the estimate when it was invoked from the WBS.

New: Copy / Cut / Paste operations involving the database of the estimate works with the glossary

The new function which extends copy / paste operations to the database of the estimate works also when invoked from the glossary.
