Bug Fix: Management databases more reliable

An old bug was detected in the management module an associated bridge to QDV, it lead to corruption of the management database. The problem occurred when several users attempted to access the database at same time.

Change: Database Engine Upgraded

The SQLite Engine which is the most important engine in QDV (because estimates rely on it) has been upgraded to latest version 1.0.102. This is a significant and sensitive change which should bring more stability. This a quite rare update (previous one made in 2015). All macros will be automatically recompiled to take the new Engine into account. Let us know if you see some problems with this new engine.
