New: Groups in the overhead minute automatically create structure

A new structure now appears at the left side in the new overhead minute tab. When you create a group (using F6/F7 keys) the heading line of the group appears immediately as a new node in the structure.

These nodes behave as bookmarks meaning that when you click them, the cursor is moved to the corresponding group in the overhead minute.

New: Recent stings translated into French, "Hat" name changed

Recent new features have been translated into French. "Hat" changed back into "Overhead Minute"
