Bug Fix: Excel Pricing Tool using more than one pricing workbook

When the user was working with two or more workbooks linked with estimates, the data could in certain circumstances mix.

Change: Excel Pricing Tool unprotect the sheet isn’t needed anymore

If the user wants to generate again the mapping, he had to first unprotect the first mapping sheet (MAPPING#1). This is not required anymore.

Change: Excel Pricing Tool can refresh the estimate more smoothly

If no change has been made on the estimate (no deleted line and no added line), the refresh button for the source will only refresh the values. So the resulting mappings will not be destroyed.
