Bug Fix: Push to database of the estimate was always grouped

When pushing a single article from the minutes to the database of the estimate it was always displayed as "grouped".

Bug Fix: Excel Pricing Tool Distribution - Present in priority in the list of columns the one that are marked

In the field manager, we can mark the fields to be shown by default in the Excel Tools application. When selecting the columns in WBS and Minutes for affectation, only the default columns (marked) or all (marked and not marked) are shown, depending on the check-box check.
