Change: QDVTools4XL Pricing -  Optimization of performance

The creation of the CUSTOMER_MAPPING sheet is now optimized and much faster to build.

Change: QDVTools4XL Pricing -  Design of the mapping

The resulting mapping has a new design in both modes QDV to CUSTOMER and CUSTOMER to QDV. Also, the QDV_MAPPING has some parameters for the colors, like the CUSTOMER_MAPPING.
