Bug Fix: Tools4XL – Pricing – Hide an invalid tab

Hide the tab “Organization” which should only appear in the Distribution module. Fixed.

New: Tools4XL – Distribution – Setting to show by default the descriptions

With this new setting, the descriptions can be shown by default in the combo boxes of columns choices. This is only accurate for new workbooks. After that, this option setting is saved with the workbook (each distribution workbook can have a different setting).

Bug Fix: Tools4XL – Distribution – Handle Enter key in algorithm’s name

If the user presses the Enter key in the algorithm’s name, the name was looking like empty (which was not true in fact). Fixed

New: Tools4XL – Distribution – ‘Only Default Columns’ default setting

When linking to an estimate, the meta data are read. If there are Default columns in the estimate, then the user first sees only the default columns. Later, he can change this setting and it will be saved with the workbook.

Bug fix: Tools4XL – Distribution – Incorrect placement of set and group

The groups and sets were placed one line below the normal place. Fixed

Change: Tools4XL – Distribution – Better control of the parameters

If the user enter a destination for a parameter without choosing the source of the data in the combo, it is now a reason of error and a warning is shown.

Bug Fix: Tools4XL – Pricing – Totals were not updated after rotation

When using the value mode and making a rotation, some totals were not updated. Fixed

Bug Fix: Tools4XL  – Title of Excel Application could lead to a bug

When using very long path of workbook and linked estimate, the resulting title could be too long for Excel. Fixed

Bug Fix: Tools4XL – Distribution – Hidden field sets were still present

In QDV, a set of field can be hidden from the distribution by adding a special comment in the KindID field. The set was still visible in the list. Fixed
