New: Sharing allowed with overhead minute (but not consolidated)

You can now share an estimate having an overhead minute. However, consolidation of such minutes is impossible because the overhead minute of the parent would belong to several users.

So, we adapted the application to deliver proper messages.

When the overhead minute of the parent contains data, you get a message at the end of the creation of children saying that lines from this minute are not pushed to the children.

When the overhead minute of a child contains datan you get a message after the import operation saying that lines from the overhead minute of the child are not imported.

New: Proposed list inside list-columns

When you edit a list column in the minutes (like MATERIAL_KindID), the new auto-fill function suggests possible inputs according to data being in the list. This works for free lists and lists in set of fields.

New: Can get position of work package in the data-source

The data sources used for the B.I. not contain a new column, at the rightmost position of their WBSData sheet. The column is named WBS_PositionOnScreen and it reflects the location of each branch or work package in the WBS.

This can be useful to sort data in your reports according to WBS position. You don’t have to add this field to the list of selected fields, it’s always appended to the sheet.

New: QDVTools4XL Distribution – Support for raw-costs

A new mode has been added to the distribution. Instead of dealing with selling prices, it is now possible to fetch only the costs. To do so, it’s only necessary to remove any existing algorithm. A parameter definition without algorithm will lead to fetch the costs instead of the selling prices. With this mode, there isn’t any further phase (only the first one) and some operations are reduced. The user is responsible of solving the distribution sheets with, for example, a line added in the model sheet.
