Change: QDV Search – Configuration management

Improved ergonomics of the configuration management. The current configuration is now in the title bar. The Save button offers save, save as, or manage (delete) the configurations. Also change some timing for refreshing the settings.

Bug Fix: “Reach article in database of estimate” sometimes failed

The recent change to reach source article in the database of the estimate failed when the source article was in a set and the cursor was already in the database.

Bug Fix: Merged cells in heading of the condensed WBS caused scenarios to fail

when you merged heading of columns in the condensed WBS (by giving similar heading names to several columns) the scenario window failed to open.
