Change: Estimate having WBS fields with priority minutes significantly improved

We detected that QDV files having a lot of WBS fields with priority minutes were very slow at opening. We overlooked this because it's very rare to have a lot of files of that sort in one estimate. The opening time of such files has been dramatically reduced in this version. We'll bring soon this improvement to the official version
