Bug Fix: The header rows of some free fields in Overhead worksheets were incorrectly grouped

If there were free fields in an Overhead sheet at the very end of the sheet (i.e., there was no column of a different type after them, such as e.g., a slave list), the headers of this free fields group were not merged correctly.

Bug Fix: Error on insertion of columns in the overhead workbook

An error occurred when a new free column was inserted to an Overhead worksheet into an existing group of free fields.
