New: Can remove blank, alternate rows when Exporting expanded WBS to Excel

When you export the WBS to Excel; starting from the condensed-WBS or Expanded-WBS views, a question asks if you want to remove alternate blank rows in the expanded WBS as soon as the expanded WBS is in your export.

The function works when you export without formula and also when you export with formulas.
