Bug fix: An error that could occur when opening an estimate or switching a profile in some cases.

This could happen when custom View - Freeze Panes was set in WBS by the user.

Bug Fix: Cannot open QDV when Office is not found

In the recent beta versions, it was no longer possible to open QDV on a computer without Microsoft Office.

Change: Estimate having WBS fields with priority minutes significantly improved

We detected that QDV files having a lot of WBS fields with priority minutes were very slow at opening. We overlooked this because it's very rare to have a lot of files of that sort in one estimate.

The opening time of such files has been dramatically reduced in this version. We'll bring soon this improvement to the official version.
