Bug Fix: QDVTools4XL – No refresh for buttons in all applications

This is a regression introduced in 7.21.881. Normally, some buttons reflect the active worksheet to allow or to invalidate some actions. This behavior was not active anymore. Bug fixed.

Change: Refactoring

For consistency of the code, many components have been renamed. Some new DLLs and some removed.
