New: Article/Set Converter – New option ‘Hide code in tree’

There is new option ‘Hide code in tree’ which can be used to hide code in tree for converted databases:

It sets this flag in ‘Edit Tree’ dialog:

The new option is also loaded/saved to settings by ‘Load Settings’/’Save Settings’ functions in Qdv Converter.

Bug Fix: Cannot open GRP databases when on a network share

In recent beta, due to the migration to Framework 4.8, it was no longer possible to open GRP databases when located on network shares.
