New: Solver can bring change to THROUGHPUT field

The solver can now bring changes to the THROUGHPUT field, when it does this, it resets the LOCAL_THROUGPUT. This field is exposed only when the edited row doesn’t come from the database of the estimate.

Bug Fix: Solver was not able to solve when THROUGHPUT contained values

The solved was not able to solve sometimes when the THROUGHPUT field contained large figures and adjustment was requested on LOCAL_THROUGPUT field.

Bug Fix: Solver didn’t display well on non-English systems

The solver now displays figures in accordance with formats in the minutes, whatever the system locale.
