Bug Fix: Some fixes in the bottom view of the expanded WBS

In the bottom view of the expanded, following problem have been fixed:

•Calculation was needed sometimes after switching profiles.

Bug Fix: QDV tools for Excel : Gantt application

The Excel Gantt application didn't take into account the throughput of the database of the estimate when returning quantities to QDV.
