In some cases, the license of QDV cannot be found. In this case, the message is more precise and can help to find the reason.
So far, it was not possible to distribute a task lined to others or to distribute on a task linked to others.
Now the distribution target columns are seen are not constrained by the WBS links. This means that, even if tasks A.1 and A.2 are linked in the WBS, you could decide to distribute the amount of A.3 to A.2 or even the amount of A.1 to A.2.
The link are not consistent in the target columns.
This option is convenient: let's say you have two branches where most of the tasks are linked so that when you bring a change to branch #1, it is automatically reported to branch #2. Imagine you have 2 tasks "Studies" one in branch #1 and another one in branch #2. These tasks may have different costs.
With this change, you could perfectly distribute the "Studies" of branch #1 to tasks of branch #1 and "Studies" of branch #2 to tasks of branch #2. This would result in a non-consistent link in target columns, meaning that in these columns, linked tasks will have different values.
