Bug Fix: QDVTools4XL Distribution – Incorrect refresh after phase 3

In some cases, the ribbon was incorrectly refreshed after the phase 3. Fixed.

New: QDVTools4XL Gantt – Summarize cost with two different modes

In the pane, for each sheet of a Gantt, the user can choose to summarize the resources in quantity or to add the total costs of each lines of resources (by default). The mode is immediately active after a change in the pane and is saved in the workbook.

Bug Fix: Cannot Access Disposed Object.

Some users got "Cannot access disposed object" at startup due to the "SelectCurve" combobox.

Bug Fix: #1725: cannot VACUUM from within a transaction

Depending on selected option (Add/Replace data) on Convert and selecting read only database in some cases there was a message that database is readonly/not accessible, but in some cases the state was broken causing errors afterward. There is now check and message in case user selects read only Article or Set databases as target of conversion.
