Bug Fix: Visual Studio didn’t start editing a macro in some cases

The “Edit macro with Visual Studio” operation did nothing if the macro was already opened and closed in VS and meanwhile the estimate was closed and re-opened in the same QDV session.

Bug Fix: use of WBS to BOQ distribution columns may request double selling prices computing

Due to optimized sequences recently introduced in QDV, the use of WBS to BOQ distribution columns required sometime two selling prices calculations to get accurate figures in the WBS. This was the case when columns resulting of this distribution were used in the WBS sheet of the overhead.
