Change: Windows “Select profile…” is now top most

Under Citrix, the “Select profile…” window which pops up when one opens an estimate could be hidden behind the application. It’s not topmost. BTW, the French translation of the window title has been fixed.

Change: More flexible WBS to BOQ distribution window

In order to save time, when you open this window, a message box asks you if you want to compute all before.

The unit field and the total field are visible in the same WBS to BOQ distribution window.

If you have a total value to distribute, the percentage or value distribution can be done on all columns.

Bug Fix: A recent optimization caused troubles when opening some estimates

The recent optimization of internal functions to get data from minutes in a faster way led to a problem: some complex estimates didn’t open, an error message popped-up at opening time.

Change: Updater optimized

The QDV updater engine has been adapted so that it always works in the same temporary folder, whether it is used with ClickOnce or without. A timer has been added to retry up to 5 times if the communication fails.

Also, a log file is now create in the temporary folder C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\Temp\UpgradeQD. It’s name contains the date like: log_2022-10-12_05-04-37.log
