Change: QDV updated switches in HTML mode automatically

Due to firewalls or slow/restricted networks, sometimes the upgrade of QDV fails. So does the installation with ClickOnce for similar reasons. By default, QDV downloads its file asynchronously and is able to download up to 100 files at once.

If the upgrade process encounter communication errors, whatever the source, it flags the upgrade to use slower mode (synchronous HTML) for one hour and restarts automatically. After one hour, the updater again attempts to run in fast asynchronous mode if launched.

This is done on communication errors, not on installation errors because that wouldn’t solve the problem. If you get installation errors, due to a blocking anti-virus for example, you’ll just get the error message as usual.
