Bug Fix: Not all types of WBS columns taken into account in the new F.T.R. mentions

We recently added a way to display F.T.R. (or P.M.) in the reports instead of barring lines when options were displayed in core estimate. This function didn’t take into account all types of columns with sums in the WBS.
