Bug fix: An error occurred when creating new tasks in some rare cases

The error occurred, if a task had an apostrophe ‘ character in its WBS_Item or WBS_Unit field, and "New task" or "New sub task" operation was performed with this task. A new task was not created.

New: ToolsForExcel – Gantt. New repetition factor in the calendar

A “repetition factor” has been introduced in the calendar’s definition associated to a Gantt sheet. It is now possible to define each period (day, month, year) with a subdivision from 1 (no subdivision) to 4. As an example, the days can be divided into “day” and “night”. The global duration handles this factor.

New: ToolsForExcel – Gantt. Type of exception in the calendar

One or several exception can be defined in the calendar of a Gantt sheet. If the user wants only to change the status of an exception from ‘Working’ to ‘Non-Working’ (or on the other direction), it’s enough to click on the checkbox, without editing the exception.

New: Extended to 19 macro buttons

Now 19 macro buttons can be used in the events manager instead of 10

Change: ToolsForExcel – Gantt. Content of the planning part

In the planning part of the Gantt sheet, coming from the WBS or with free tasks, it is now possible to feed the cells with literal content instead of only figures. The formulas have been adapted to suit the numbers or the characters by using COUNTA function in case of characters.

Change: ToolsForExcel – Gantt. Formulas in resources

The ‘Quantity’ column is now allowed in the formulas used in resources.
