New: Request language works in Hungarian and Dutch

The Query language (the one used for requests) is now localized for all languages supported by the user interface, including Hungarian and Dutch.

New: Dutch languages checked

The tests with the Dutch language in the UI have been carried out and some fixes have been applied in the resource files of this language. Please let us know if you encounter problems. There are still some little issues which can hardly be tested: the size of the buttons or controls might not be wide enough to display long strings.
