Bug Fix: QDV_WebInstaller.exe is no longer signed

We recently added a signature to QDV_WebInstaller.exe which is the file copied by the publishing tool to generate the small ClickOnce EXE file intended to install QDV from scratch using ClickOnce.

But it appeared that the signature is invalidated by the insertion of the URL of the server by the publishing tool. So it's better not to sign this EXE file. Otherwise, the anti-viruses complain about an invalid signature.
