Fix: Some special WBS breakdown fields couldn’t be created

It was impossible to create a WBS field from minutes that was broken down by a native currency. The breakdown options dialog correctly forced to show Multiple fields. However, when the user pressed the OK button in the WBS fields manager, a validation warning was displayed and informed that multiple fields are not allowed in such a case. And the field couldn’t be saved.

Improvement: Significantly faster WBS operations in large estimates

Some operations in WBS could be quite slow, if the WBS was large and complex. For example, they could take even several minutes on WBS with 5000 tasks and 180 WBS fields with formulas and conditional formatting. The following operations were highly optimized and they take only seconds now:

Change: Blank row in data-sources when “REPORT_” names were pushed from overhead workbook

When names starting by “REPORT_” referring to ranges in free sheets of the overhead workbook were pushed to a data-source, a blank row appeared right after the title row. It has been removed to ease reading from reports.
