Fix: Error in nomenclatures, if specific filters were applied

If the filter option was set to "Rows flagged as 'Must purchase'" or "Sets from the database of the estimate (All/Referenced)", then an error occurred in nomenclatures report. Similarly, the error occurred in the normal nomenclatures as well, but only if there were more than 60 fields in Nomenclatures.

Fix: Error when executing the same older macros in multiple estimates in one QDV session

An error could be displayed when a macro was executed from older estimates. It occurred if multiple older estimates were open in the same QDV session, and they contained the same macro. For example, from the same master template. The macro worked fine in the first estimate. But when the user tried to run the macro in another estimate, the error occurred.
