Bug fix: Size parameter in Set_Macro_Button is no longer applied in event manager

Size parameter and Button 19 has been fixed.

Bug fix: Display list of matching references / descriptions and SQL Database

There was a persistent error when using this function and SQL database. The database returned no information. Fixed now.

Bug fix: Loss of data when collapsing sets

This problem occurred when the user collapsed sets coming from the database of the estimate in the Set details window accessible from the View toolbar. The issue didn't apply to regular sets. When the sets from DB of estimate were collapsed to level 1, the hosting data of such collapsed rows were deleted. The hosting data are stored in minutes, not in DB of estimate. An example of such lost data was FORMULA_FOR_QUANTITY and others.

Bug fix: Estimate – Management database bridge for SQL Server man. database

With SQL Server management database connected to an estimate, update of some fields silently failed, e.g. when creating new version in a connected estimate.
