Enhancement/Bug fix: NTAccount controls in Filters view allow now also selection from NT Users window

In Projects view NT users are selected from NT Users window, but in Filters view it was possible to only write NT User’s login. Now user can double click on NTAccount control to open the window like in Projects view and like for other table link controls.

Change:  Textbox control starting position changed

Text box control starting position was at the end (no text selected), now reverted to default behavior - all text is selected
