Bug fix: Corrected default Number option to 'Absolute' in Administration\Configuration, Numbering tab

For new PM databases the Number option was due to a mistake blank and there was error message in case the Number option was not changed by user to some value before other changes were applied. The Number option is now set to ‘Absolute’ default value.
