Fix: F2 editing didn't work in Nomenclatures view

Pressing F2 in Nomenclatures to edit FORMULA_FOR_QUANTITY or VARIABLES_FOR_SETS columns didn't work.

New: More context info in the API (macros)

New fields were added to the Qdv.CommonApi.ContextNomenclatures class which is accessible from the macro’s context parameter. They provide more information about the current selection in the nomenclatures tab:

•TaskHexID

•LineNumber

•ColumnID

Fix: QDV 365 prevented updating

QDV didn't update when QDV365 client was loaded.
