Fix: Pasting WBS branches with many levels could temporarily overwrite other tasks

The problem occurred only sometimes, and it was fixed with Check and repaint operation. The user copied a branch which had a deep structure. For example, there was branch F with sub-branches and sub-tasks up to "F.1.2.3.4.5.6". Then he pasted that branch into another estimate. There should be total rows created for the pasted branches:

Total chapter: F

But instead, the last total rows texts were written on unrelated existing WBS tasks.

Fix: Some text on Print page was truncated in languages other than English

Some localized texts were not fully visible in non-English languages on Print menu page.

Fix: The Search module stopped to index the estimates

Some fields were added incorrectly whereas the user didn’t select them. Also, the minute fields that are virtual (that come from the WBS but are available in the minutes) are not presented anymore in the list of available minutes fields. As an example, WBS_Quantity is no more available as a minute field for indexation. But it is still available as a WBS field.

New: The last position and size of the main window can be overwritten

When loading the QDV Search module, the last used position and size is used. If the configuration has changed, it can be impossible to find again the window. In this case, the use can start the module and press (and keep pressed) the Shift key until the window appears, in order to reset the location and size of the application. Other minor change includes the format of the last modify date and time of the files, which are now presented as Date and Time UTC instead of long abstract values.
