Fix: Cannot create WBS task

Following the translation into C#, it was no longer possible to create a task in the WBS. This was caused by wrong translation of LEFT and RIGHT Visual Basic statements. This has been corrected everywhere in the project.

Fix: Cannot insert set in the minutes

Following the translation into C#, it was no longer possible to insert a set in the minutes. This was caused by wrong translation of SELECT CASE Visual Basic statements which in some rare case caused troubles. This has been corrected everywhere in the project.
