Fix: Error in scenario manager with some merged WBS headers

When the user opened the scenario manager, an error could occur when some WBS column headers were merged. For example, if Quantity and Unit had the same first header row. Additionally, an issue causing an extra empty column to appear has been resolved. These changes result in a more accurate and visually consistent display of scenarios.

New: Add Gantt Duration (months) in the Minutes, Nomenclatures and Planner tabs

The user can now add a new column in the Minutes, Nomenclatures and Planner tab, where the Gantt Duration is expressed in months. This is similar to the already existent column Duration (expressed in days). The calculation is done by dividing the number of days(NOT working days) by 30.4375.

Fix: Wrong translation from VB to C#

There were some bad translation issues when we brought VB code to C# and major libraries.
