IMinute

The minute with DB rows or null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if the estimate version doesn't have the 'Database of the estimate' option enabled.

Remarks
 
All data in the database of the estimate belong to a single virtual task. This virtual task has the special HexID value "YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY". This method returns the minute that belongs to this special task.
