Find or search specified value in selected column, projects meeting or NOT meeting the condition, with specified operator:
Find – find/select first project meeting the condition in current project list (loaded projects are not changed). The column must be displayed in project table. The specified values must be written exactly as displayed in the table, value is not case sensitive and is compared as text with values in the table. Currently for ‘Find’ only ‘=’ operator is supported.
E.g. ‘Project Scope’ column is not displayed in project table (only in detail), so it can not be used to find a first project based on this column, however projects can be filtered out based on this column:
Search – search/filter all projects meeting only this condition (projects are reloaded)
Search with Filter – search/filter all projects meeting this condition and also current Filter – last applied filter in Filter view (projects are reloaded)
Search/Search with Filter – for Boolean columns, these values are accepted as True: 1, true, yes, vi, others are considered as False. Numbers and dates must be written in correct format according to current culture, otherwise user is informed about conversion error:
The values to find/search projects are remember in current session and can be selected again from the combo box. Currently the search column name, operator, values are not remembered after ProMo+ exit.
