Bug Fix: Local variables didn’t handle decimals on non-English systems

When the system decimal separator was not a dot, it was impossible to use decimals in local variables.

Bug Fix: Version 7.17.597 broke compatibility of macros

We rolled back recent changes in the user API because they broke compatibility meaning that an estimate opened under 7.17.597 with changes manually brought to events macro or requests resulted in an estimate which could not be opened anymore under official version.
