Bug Fix: Auto-Numbering, leading letter doubled

When shapes like A.1 were expected, a recent bug returned AA.1. This error caused also the application to crash when deleting a task with auto-numbering activated.

New: Error messages added for communication with Vecteur Plus

Communication with our partner Vecteur Plus (See menu Partner Applications) enhanced with clear messages.

New: Sample macros for sets databases extended

Twp sample macros in the database of sets Sample_Sets_Database.grp located in C:\Program Files\QDV 7\Samples\Databases_Of_Sets\ has been extended to also support SQL Server databases.
