New: Can display values of quantities for evaluation in the bottom pane of the minutes view

You have two new variables to display either Quantity for Evaluation of current set and Quantity for Evaluation of current WBS task.

Variables are named as follows:

New: ‘display 0 values’ blocked in native sheets of the overhead

Under Excel you can specify that you want to see zero values in place of blank values. But our logic uses blank cells, for example to hide rows which have no values in native sheets.

So now when you import an overhead workbook for Excel, this is set to blank automatically for all native sheets. You can still decide in user sheets.

New: Quantity for Evaluation handled at the level of the WBS

Quantity for evaluation was already available at the level of sets:

Now it is also available at the level of the WBS, along with WBV_Variables (shortcut is CTRL+Shift+L):

The row is always highlighted in this window. As any WBV variable, QEval can be stored to branches or tasks and is inherited in sub-branches.

Using such quantities for evaluation let you evaluate an entire task for a given quantity:

Bug fix: Estimate downgrade errors if request or macro names contained some special characters.

If there were requests or macros that had some special characters in their names, then an error occurred if you tried to downgrade the estimate to version 7.14-15. Such special characters are those, that are not allowed in file names on the file system, for example “/”. An example of such a macro name is “Check price/cost”.

Bug fix: A macro couldn’t be opened in Visual Studio if its name contained some special characters.

If you tried to edit a macro with some special characters in its name under Visual Studio, then nothing happened. Such special characters are those, that are not allowed in file names on the file system, for example “/”. An example of such a macro name is “Check price/cost”.
