Bug fix: Drop articles in nomenclatures

When dropping an article from a database directly to the nomenclature view on a collapsed row (a row matching several rows), QDV brought an error message.

Change: Quantity Per Unit always active when Formula For Quantity is used

Before this change, when you typed a value in Quantity per Unit, Quantity or Evaluated Quantity fields, the formula was removed. Now it is set to a simple formula reflecting the value typed.

So you could hide other columns and type your quantities directly in the Formula for Quantity column. The Quantity per Unit column is always active meaning that when you type a figure in that column, the quantity is adapted even if the row doesn't belong to a set.

These changes in behavior are made only when the Formula for Quantity column is implemented.
