Bug Fix: Cannot edit Variables For Sets with F2 key in foreign languages

Editing the field VARIABLES_FOR_SETS using F2 key was only possible when system was set to English locale.

New: BOTTOMVALUE variables accessible in the bottom pane of the minutes

In the bottom pane of the minute view, you can refer to values being in total row of the minute using BOTTOM_VALUE. E.g.: =BOTTOMVALUE_MATERIALTotalCost will return the figure in the MATERIAL_TotalCost column from the total row.
